Cannot contact an agent over the phone

Lack of follow up service to discuss product recently purchased. Cannot reach a store agent over the phone. A real rip off

Remite using batteries too quickly.

I spoke with bestbuy and the geek squad recently. They told me that my tv was still under warranty and sent me away . The manufacturer told me that the warranty was up and to get in touch with best buy. Since then i havent been able ti get through by chat ir on the phone. They were supposed to send me a link but that hasnt arrived either. Im getting oast frustrated and will not be ysing best buy again for anything after this experience. I need a replacement remite ir some information to solve the problem.

User's recommendation: Don't use best buy. Terrible to deal with after you have bought the extended warranty.

I did not get my item

Bought stove a month ago.3 delivery dates since.No appliance.Stove finishes kitchen renovation..Countless calls and emails.Have son and two young children living in home with me.Extreme inconvenience!!!

Second time had to request refund because product not as advertised

Ordered products on BestBuy website from company to which BestBuy refers (Bestbuy itself does not stock the products). Twice the products delivered were not as advertised.

User's recommendation: beware of those companies to which BestBuy refers customers.

Stop payment

Salesperson lied to me now Ive learnt a 500$ lesson never go to Best Buy unless you read the fine print. Oh yeah if you want customer service then go somewhere else Best Buy doesnt are they just want your money.
