Ordered a new TV in store for delivery. They delivered the wrong TV to my home. I have to jump through hoops to get any customer service, as they won't connect me to the store directly. So now I have to drive to the store to talk to the manager and get them to pick up the wrong TV and deliver the correct one. Your customer service sucks! Bring back the ability to call the store directly!

Their refurbished products are customer returns and demo units with no refurbishment done despite advertising as such. I was sent a broken charger with a MacBook covered in dirt and hair embedded inside the charger with a bent pin - it could have caused a fire had I not noticed it. Theyre completely apathetic and detached offering a coupon to shop with them again as the solution. Their practices are truly CBC Marketplace Investigation worthy and Im going to bring it; this isnt a one off experience.

I gave best buy five stars on everything but the delivery guys did I dump & run not cool before I had a chance to say sir he shut the door I was clearing snow when he opened the truck door my ty was on a slant leaning up against the side not good for 65 ty in the cold this is why you get extended warranty people don't give a *** they lost there tip I work in customer service For 20 years you send something, after that you make sure customer is good to avoid this type of review even after I was told I could inspect it other then this best but is super great love best buy( loyalty customer )

I recently purchased a Fitbit tracker from Best Buy. I brought the Fitbit to the Geek Squad at the 4th Ave. store to have it paired with my phone. After the pairing which took less than10 minutes I was informed I that there was a fee of $45. There should be no charge for this service.Over the years I have purchased a number of computer items, stereos, T. V.s and large appliances from the store but will have to consider doing so again. It was not explained how to operate the various functions of the watch on the phone and I still had to get a relative to demonstrate.

Horrid customer service

Name: Rick Delorme, W/O # 703 AMN5YG. On Jan 21 I dropped off my computer to have an internal WiFi mounted.

At that time I was not given any info as to when the computer would be ready. Unfortunately Best Buy's phone system is completely inefficient. I was forced to drive 300 kms return to try and get an answer. this was done on the 22 nd.

The staff either could not find or were not prepared to look for my computer I was told to come back tomorrow, which I did and another 300 kms. Same story the next day, they couldn't find my computer. come back some other time they said. I was able to contact Geek Squad by phone who had someone from the stor call me, which they did.

I was informed the computer was ready since the 23 rd. Returning the computer home, the WI-FI card wasn't even mounted ! The card was just placed in the computer, not attached and not securely mounted which I did. Of course, there is no way to contact Best Buy and voice my complaint, about the only thing I can do is post this and hopefully prevent someone having similar problems.

I has sent this complaint to several of Best Buy's sites hoping for a contact from someone able to actually show some concern. Doubtful at best.Buyer

You cannot locate any reason you are billing me the service was cancelled in sept 2023. Stop billing me now. I am now in the usa but this was in canada. I spoke to some one in dec 2023 and they could not locate any reason. I cannot come in person and want this stopped and refund the fraudulent billing

Laptop is not working

No REAL exchange policy

Long story short, A cordless phone was bought and it did not work. It was returned less than 24 hours later.

The phone was bought for $10 off then when brought back, for an exchange 20 hours later, the store in Saint John New Brunswick said I would have to pay $10 more because the sale was over. End of short story.

My idea of an exchange is giving one item for the other, especially when the item wasnt working. Ive called customer service and had to drag their definition of an exchange from them because they agreed that yes, you can return the item and get another if its in the correct time frame (usually 30 days) but when I repeated that and told him that they tried to charge me $10 more he backtracked and said that its up to the store if they want to do a straight exchange or charge the extra amount since its no longer on sale. I said so basically your fate of exchanging your item as a straight exchange, or having to pay extra, boils down to the type of person youre dealing with and what kind of mood theyre in that day.

Which means that Best Buy Canada has no real exchange policy. BUYER BEWARE BEST BUY CANADA HAS NO CONCRETE EXCHANGE POLICY! I took my money in the form of a return and went to another store and bought the exact same phone (that worked) BEST BUY CANADA will not get any of my business again. They lost my business over $10..

well played Best Buy. ALSO, BEFORE LEAVING BEST BUY SAINT JOHN N.B THE WOMAN PUT THE PHONE BACK ON THE SHELF!!! KNOWING IT WAS BROKEN!!! Never again!!

Ive heard about how terrible their customer service is at that location but didnt witness it myself until now. Years ago it was not this bad.

I bought a gift for someone during the asales event, 2 weeks later they email canceling the purchase. When I ask why they said none are available but the same item in white is being sold by them. They said that is different because thr color. They offer me 20$ off and now list the item off sale for 60$ more. That is a joke and pathetic.

Just wanted to share my experience with Best Buy Canada. Ordered a monitor during Black Friday sales. Was waiting on my email to say it was shipped. Called today to check on the status and was informed they cant fulfill my order. No contact was made to let me know this and nothing can be done to rectify it. They have a similar monitor with the same price on sale but refuse to honour the price I paid. Amazing customer service. Way to go Best Buy Angry

I purchased the warranty on my open box cellphone. Had to use warranty, and they replaced the phone with a refurbished one. No one, at the time of buying the warranty, told me that I would get a refurbished phone, plus I had to pay $105.00 dollars. My phone was only a year old. They couldn't even send a cord with it. I talked to Visions and the young lady told me they would not replace a broken phone with a refurbished one.
